Hannah Hafely

Hannah Hafely was born and raised in Houston, TX. She began her semi-professional career as a dancer at the age of 14 when she joined the Houston Met Too Youth Company. After graduating, she continued to train alongside the Houston Met professional company. In 2015, she interned with Frame Dance Productions and was a part of Tunnel Vision throughout that Fall. Hannah teaches at various studios throughout the greater Houston area including Met Dance, Memorial Dance, and the University of St. Thomas. In addition, she has been a part of youth outreach programs with the Houston Met, including a residency at Joe E. Moreno Elementary School in 2017. In the Spring of 2018, Hannah was accepted into the certificate program at Peridance in New York and plans to expand her performance experience with various companies throughout the year - she continues to teach, train, and is currently releasing a collection of site specific works titled “Emergence”.
